Raisins – shriveled grapes 🙂

Raisins are my favorite simple, sweet, healthy treat — your classic ‘easy peasey’ fruit to add to almost anything (even ice cream, peanut butter ….) no added sugar, just concentrated grape goodness. I toss them into cereal, yogurt, and snacks for a natural sweetness that beats any processed sugar. They’re so easy to take-along (in a small bag), satisfying, and full of antioxidants like resveratrol. They support energy, heart health, and stable blood sugar when eaten in moderation. Simple, tiny, and incredibly useful: raisins are a quiet hero in my daily health plan.
