DISCLAIMER: I was raised in the Washington DC area (Maryland). The number of crab-feasts we had in Annapolis is unretrieavable; therefore, (by mathematical calculation) the number of crabs I ate is infinite. Also, my mom is from Maine – 6 kids in a station wagon, every summer (staying with grandma ‘the Silver Fox’ until we got to big – and pops rented a suitable house for the summer – what’s the point? is Maine a great place? – Well, like the sign says: ‘”The Way Life Should be” . . . but not to rub it in – but I’ve eaten gobbs of lobster in my life too (and yes – always with drawn butter). I’m not finished . . . I now live in arguably the best city in China (yes, I’m considering blogging about Qingdao too), but teasing you seafood lovers a bit: Qingdao is not only known for it’s beer and beaches – but -I eat as much seafood as I do breathe the air (small exaggeration)
So, let’s put seafood into your life – more if you’re already eating it.
- The undisputed king of fish for your diet is salmon, hit this link and maybe the reasons will entice you to eat more
